Katie B Cosmetics Initial Review

SO!!! I got my stuff today =D pics will be included below. I guess i can do a mini review because once i opened everything! i tried everything on as well. lol

So, lets start off with the Liquid Mineralize Foundation in G300, i bought a trial size one, came in a 5gr jar? one of those small ones, and when i first opened it, it looked like a whipped product. Having said that its a whipped product, i applied it with my hands, I am not sure what kind of brush will be able to handle that, maybe a foundation brush, but whatever i used my hands! The color match was pretty good. It made my face feel really soft, the product itself was really soft. What I am looking for now is if it breaks me out. So gotta wait a few more days to see how that goes. will update of course!Next is the Dual Pressed Powder i got in Sandy. The first thing i looked at was how much product was in it, it has 7gr of products for $30, which is VERRRY Pricey for me, since my favorite foundation from sephora is already $22, but is 9gr. other that that downside of price, i think the product was very smooth and very silky. It reminded me of the texture of the studio fix pressed powder, lets hope that it doesnt break me out! the color does really brighten my face!!

Next is the stick Concealer i got in G 300! it comes in a nice sleek tube, which i like. I never had a stick concealer before so nothing to compare to. I used my ring finger to apply to my under eyes. No cakey-ness that i see. the product is a bit stiff, but once i put my fingers on it for a couple of seconds, its a bit easier to apply. I also tried to cover up my cystic acne on my cheek that i got from trying out the studio fix powder, and it did a good job at that!

Lastly, is the very popular faux lashes mascara. sorry guys! i have too many mascars opened and will not be opening this! from what i can say so far, is the packaging is fairly cheap. Which i understand for a start-up company like Katie B. As long as she has loyal customers and over time, it will definitely be improved so deter yourself away from trying it out.
My overall review of her products!
Pricing: out the ball park! haha pricey but you're getting good stuff, if you have extra $$ laying around, this is a good buy.
Packaging: I would say fairly cheap packaging, besides the stick concealer packaging which i really like. but for a start-up company who is trying to reduce cost, its understandable.
Color: Its nice to have a color comparison which she provides, especially to MAC, because alot of people know their color in MAC shades.
Buy Again? Like i said, i still have to wait and see if my skin likes it, otherwise i will definitely buy again, and this time i will buy the full size of the liquid mineralize foundation, its just sooo smmooth!
With all the Katie B Products on!, except for the Faux Lash Mascara
